I was a tall 6'4, very weak for my size, injury-prone, extremely inflexible across my body and could not jump to save myself. The gym space was recently expanded and offers a wide range of equipment. It is very tidy and well laid out with a great padded stretch and roll area, open free weight space, sled run, boxing bags and a number of rack stations. Bonus points for the sauna too!
