Workshop Duration: 10 hours (2-day workshop or 2 weekends) CPD Points: 10 (pending) Prerequisites: Module 2 (Anatomy) recommended Required Before: Module 9 (Program Design) This intensive practical module teaches trainers the technique and how to coach every fundamental exercise pattern. Participants learn that ALL strength training is functional - a stronger human is a more capable human, whether they got strong using barbells, machines, or resistance bands. Outdated are bosu ball squats and thinking machines are evil. This module teaches exercise mastery through practical application - 80% hands-on training, 20% theory. Learn why muscle doesn't care if it's a barbell or machine providing resistance, why "perfect form" varies by individual anatomy, and why the best exercise is the one that gets done consistently with progressive overload. Learning Outcomes Demonstrate and teach all fundamental movement patterns with multiple variations Identify appropriate exercise selection based on individual anatomy Progress and regress any exercise for any client Understand when machines are superior to free weights (and vice versa) Apply tempo, pauses, and other intensity techniques appropriately Destroy "functional training" myths with evidence and logic Build exercise programs based on results, not Instagram trends Stop standing on Bosu balls while you do your Bicep Curls!
