Service Description

A complimentary NO STRINGS ATTACHED sit down discussion with one of our Movement Coaches to achieve a few things: Give you a tour of the facility. Dive into goals, injuries, habits and everything else needed to ensure the best possible experience for you at PURE Movement. Run you through a Functional Movement Screen to provide a guided warm up to be completed before/at the start of your training sessions. Answer any burning questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
